• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service or as stated in the service agreement.

• Refunds are only available if work has not yet started.

• If work has already begun, refunds (if applicable) will be pro-rated based on the work completed, and administrative or service fees may apply.

• Any specific refund policies or guarantees will be outlined in the individual service contract or agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information necessary for project delivery.

• Not use our services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.

• Take full responsibility for any content, data, or materials you provide for campaigns or service execution.

GrowKiya reserves the right to terminate service if false information or unethical practices are identified.
